Refund Policy - the basics

At Earth Cuts LLC , we value your time and business. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and recurring service agreements to ensure fairness for both parties.

Cancellation Policy

  • Single Services:
    You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 6 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance will incur a $15 trip fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

    • If we arrive and cannot complete the job due to unpaid fees (e.g., overgrowth or pet waste), blocked access, or unsafe conditions, the appointment will be cancelled and a $15 trip fee will be charged.

  • Recurring Services (Weekly or Bi-Weekly):

    • You may cancel your recurring plan at any time. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of completed services.

    • Missed services due to late cancellations (under 6 hours), lack of access, or unsafe conditions are not eligible for refund, but can be rescheduled at your request.

 Refund Policy

  • Single Services:

    • Full refunds are given for cancellations made more than 6 hours in advance.

    • If service is cancelled due to undisclosed overgrowth or pet waste, and the customer does not pay the additional fees, a partial refund minus the $15 trip fee will be issued.

  • Recurring Services:

    • If you prepay for a weekly or bi-weekly service and decide to cancel, you will be refunded the unused portion of the service on a prorated basis, based on the number of completed visits.

    • If a service was missed due to conditions beyond our control (e.g., gate locked, pets loose, unsafe debris), it is not eligible for refund but can be rescheduled.

Trip Fees

A $15 trip fee applies in the following situations:

  • Cancellation made less than 6 hours before service

  • Property inaccessible or unsafe

  • Service cancelled due to unpaid pet waste or overgrowth fees
