Cancellation Policy

If there is overgrowth at the first cut to start weekly monthly services or for one time cuts there could be a one time additional charge as listed below . Biweekly cuts are subject to an overgrowth fee per cut .  6-15” overgrowth +$10 , 16-24” overgrowth +$20  . Additionally , if there is excessive pet waste at the time of the cut and pet waste cleanup was not added on , the cut could be canceled and you'll be refunded with a travel fee deducted . There is a 6 hour cancellation policy for all services .
