Service Description
We will mow the yard ,edge hard surfaces, and weed whack up to 5000sqft. For yards over 5000sqft please see addons. If there is overgrowth, please see addons. For greater than 15,001sqft call for a quote. * If your home is on a slope or hill, please book house on the hill * Pet waste cleanup must be added prior to the cut if there is a lot of pet feces in the grass
Cancellation Policy
Please note arrival time of service may vary by up to 3 hours from the time of booking . For example a service booked at 4pm could be completed between 4-7pm . If the home is on a slope please ensure you book " House on the hill ". In addition, we may contact you to change a booking if the wrong lot size is selected when booking .Additionally , if there is excessive pet waste at the time of the cut and pet waste cleanup was not added on , the cut could be canceled and you'll be refunded with a travel fee ($15) deducted. Overgrowth policy Grass that is taller than 6" must add on for overgrowth . 7-15” overgrowth is +$10 , 16-24” overgrowth is +$20 . If overgrowth is present please ensure you selected the correct lot size with the appropriate overgrowth. Otherwise, the cut could be cancelled and refund issued with a travel fee ($15) deducted . There is a 6 hour cancellation policy for all services .
